Update: 23 is back online. Basically, a vital server in the setup started having trouble staying awake overnight and finally gave in this morning (European time). This might be the single worst day of the year for a hardware failure, since everybody’s either hanging out with family far away from the servers (e.g. me) or taking paparazzi shots of Barack Obama even further away (e.g. Guan). This is why it took a few hours to find a good replacement and get it up and running.

23hq.com is not reachable in Germany since 4 days. I’m getting a timeout message every time I try to reach the site.Looks like the persons in charge at 23hq.com don’t take it much serious never even to paying customers. I’m really disappointed.

We had some routing problems from very select locations after bringing the new hardware online. The issues should be solved now — otherwise please let me know via steffen@23visual.com.
